Incontinence underwear is a discreet alternative to using incontinence pads.
Reasons to try Incontinence Underwear
It is Reusable, Saving you Money!
Men's incontinence underwear is washable, and is therefore both economically and environmentally friendly.
Maximum Discretion
Men's washable underwear is undetectable underneath clothing, and is much less bulky than some larger products. Washable pants are usually designed with cotton and present as a thin, discreet option of protection.
It has a Normal Underwear Feel
Many men prefer the feel of incontinence underwear, as it has more of a “normal underwear feel”. If you feel uncomfortable in traditional nappies or pull ups, washable underwear may be the best choice for you.
Extra Comfort
Washable pants are designed to worn for long periods of time, therefore will not cause any discomfort or irritation. Good quality pants will maintain their softness after multiple washes, so you don’t have to worry about it being rough or hard on the skin.
Cotton is a Natural Fiber
Cotton is a natural fiber, meaning it absorbs moisture, rather than repelling it. Whilst this can be annoying with ordinary clothes, for an incontinence product, this is a bonus.
Is Incontinence Underwear for Men Suitable for you?
Incontinence underwear is suitable for people with light incontinence. They are also ideal for people who prefer the convenience of a washable product to a disposable one. As washable pants are harder to put on than regular nappies and provide freedom of movement, they are also recommended for more active individuals.

Mesh pants are ideal for keeping your pad in place. If you often find your pad moves around, using a fixation pant alongside it can make all the difference. These pants simply hold the pad close to the body to prevent pad movement. Simply wear fixation pants over the top of a pad, there is no need to wear your normal underwear over the top. When it comes to choosing fixation pants, the most important aspect is the size. Ensure you choose a close fit for the best results.
